A remake project like this could actually be impressive if the developer took some creative liberties to “translate” the intended atmosphere of the original into what can be made now, while STILL making it fun to play. Would their be aay better way to do it with modern technological capabilities? Yep. Was that an effective way to communicate a sense of dread and death to the player on the N64? Yes. Take the room with the one skeleton that Navi highlights. If the team that made OoT had the technology that this guy has, it’s highly unlikely that they would just make the same game but prettier. It’s someone converting someone else’s creative project into something more modern looking. That argument only works with creative projects.
